The City Of Norcross Is Soliciting Sealed Proposals For Custodial Cleaning Services From Qualified And Experienced Custodial Service Providers To Perform Routine Cleaning, Sanitation, And Maintenance Services For Various City-Owned Facilities. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Maintain A Sanitary, Professional, And Public-Ready Conditions In All City Facilities. The Scope Of Work Includes Nine (9) Locations Requiring A Range Of Custodial Services. The City Intends To Award A 1-Year Contract With Four (4) Automatic Renewals To One Company. All Work Must Be Conducted According To Industry Standards. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Furnishing All Labor, Supervision, Equipment, Machinery, Tools, And Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe). Proposals Are Due On Friday, November 20, 2026, At 12:00 P.M. Eastern.There Will Be An Optional, Highly Recommended, Pre-Proposal Meeting On October 28, 2026, At 10:00 A.M.
