Production And Delivery Of Food Vouchers For The Staff On Duty Of The Center For Emergency Medical Assistance - Shumen For A Period Of Twelve Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract The Procedure Is Organized And Carried Out By The Contracting Authority With A View To Fulfilling Its Obligations To Provide Food To The Staff Working On Duty, Regulated In Ordinance No. 11/ 21.12.2005. To Determine The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor - A Food Voucher Operator Who Has Received A Permit And Is Operating In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 09.07.2003 Of The Mtsp And The Ministry Of Finance On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Carry Out Activities As A Food Voucher Operator And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator. The Contractor Of The Public Procurement Should Print And Periodically Deliver To The Contracting Authority Vouchers With A Nominal Value Of 2 Euros /Two Euros/, Based On A Preliminary Request By Number. Vouchers Must Be Accepted As A Means Of Payment In At Least One Grocery Store Located On The Territory Of The Cities / Settlements / In Which The Branches Of Csmp Shumen Are Located - The City Of Shumen, The City Of Novi Pazar, The City Of Veliki Preslav, The City Of Smyadovo, The City Of Varbitsa, The City Of Kaolinovo And The Village Of Venets, And Their Validity Period Should Be No Less Than 6 Months From The Date Of Their Printing.
