The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Kindergartens On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Rudozem By Specific Items, As Follows:Separate Heading No. 1: Food Products Of Animal Origin;Separate Item No. 2: Other Food Products Of Non-Animal Origin;Specific Heading No. 3: Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods;Specific Heading No. 4: Organic Food Products.The Subject Of The Present Public Competition Are Specific Position No. 1 Food Products Of Animal Origin And Specific Position No. 2 Other Food Products Of Non-Animal Origin. Separate Position No. 3 Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods And Separate Position No. 4 Biological Food Products Are Assigned Independently In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop Under The Terms Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Procedure.Scope Of The Public Procurement:Deliveries Of Food Products Will Be Made Periodically, Based On Prior Requests From The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By Him, According To The Actual Needs Of The Kindergartens. The Types And Quantities Of Products Requested Are Determined With Each Specific Request. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specifications Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Declare Them In Full.Deliveries Are Made At The Expense Of The Contractor, With Suitable Means Of Transport, Meeting The Applicable Sanitary And Hygienic And Technical Requirements, Subject To The Necessary Temperature Regimes And Storage Conditions. The Place Of Delivery Is The Central Kitchen Of The Snezhanka Dg, Rudozem, 10 Stefan Stambolov St., And The Handover And Reception Take Place At A Place Specified By The Client In The Site.The Term Of Execution Of The Contract For Each Specific Position Included In The Public Competition Is 12 Months From Its Signing. The Deadline For The Execution Of Each Requested Delivery Is The One Proposed By The Participant, But Not More Than 72 Hours From Receipt Of The Request.The Food Products Supplied Must Be Safe, Of Good Quality, Fit For Consumption And Meet The Applicable Requirements Of The Food Act, The Regulations For Food Intended For Children In Kindergartens And The Relevant Technical Specification.Products Must Be In Intact Packaging, Properly Labeled And Marked, With No Signs Of Deterioration And With A Remaining Shelf Life At The Time Of Delivery Of Not Less Than 80% Of The Total Shelf Life Specified By The Manufacturer, When Specified. Each Delivery Is Accompanied By The Documents Required According To The Regulations And The Technical Specification, Allowing To Establish The Origin, Batch And Traceability Of The Food.Acceptance Of Deliveries Is Carried Out After Checking For Compliance With The Requested Quantities And Technical Requirements. Products That Do Not Meet The Agreed Requirements Are Not Accepted And Are Subject To Replacement Or Supplementation At The Contractors Expense Under The Terms Of The Contract.
