To 4:00 P.M.The Participant Should Submit One Sample For Each Nomenclature Of The Technical Specification Of The Order. Each Sample Should Have A Nomenclature Number Placed On It, In A Visible Place (According To The Table Attached To Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification In Excel Format).The Submitted Samples Will Be Used To Establish The Compliance Of The Offered Goods With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority According To The Technical Specification Of The Medical Devicesthe Offers Of Participants Who Have Not Provided Samples Will Not Be Considered, Respectively The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure.
