Measuring And Control Equipment – Delivery, Installation, Maintenance And Inspection Continuous Emission Measurement (Cem). This Order Concerns The Replacement Of The Existing Cem Installation (Continuous Emission Measurement) For The Combustion Installation Of The Cilva Installation. The New Installation Must, Among Other Things, Provide For The Continuous Measurement Of O₂, Dust, Co, Hcl, Toc, So₂, Nox, Hf And Hg, Supplemented With The Relevant Reference Parameters (Flow Rate, Temperature, Pressure And Moisture). The Installation And Associated Quality Assurance Must Comply With The Applicable Regulations, Including En 14181, And Also Include The Necessary Calibrations, Inspections And Maintenance.
