In Particular, The Service Should Be Provided In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods; 4) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 13, 2014 On The Document Confirming The Disposal Of Infectious Medical Waste Or Infectious Veterinary Waste; 5) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 26, 2021 On The Disposal And Storage Of Medical Waste And Veterinary Waste; 6) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of October 5, 2017 On The Detailed Method Of Dealing With Medical Waste; 7) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalogue; 8) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of December 9, 2022 On The Operation Of The Database On Products And Packaging And On Waste Management. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Weigh The Waste At The Place Of Collection, In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. 4. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Damages To The Ordering Party For Non-Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations And Recommendations Of Inspection Bodies - In The Scope Of The Services Provided. 5. The Quantity Indicated In Annex 2 To The Swz Is An Indicative Quantity Adopted In Order To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. 6. The Contractor Must Have Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order.
