The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Successive Collection And Processing Of Waste (Recovery And/Or Disposal) With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11 Coming From Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadów Komunalnych Stary Las Sp. Z O. O., Baled Waste In An Amount Constituting The Basic Order (Guaranteed) 2,500 Mg. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Method Of Waste Recovery And/Or Disposal. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Determine The Process In Which It Will Be Developed, Excluding The D5 Process. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Right Covers The Material Scope Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Assumes An Increase In The Amount Of Waste Collection And Management Services In Relation To The Basic Order, By A Maximum Of 1,500 Mg.
