The Purpose Of This Process Is To Contract The Electronic Payment Collection And Processing Service, Intended To Provide, Enable And Maintain Operational The Equipment, Software And Services Necessary To Allow Taxpayers To Make The Payment Of Rights, Permits, Fees And Other Municipal Income In A Safe, Reliable And Traceable Manner.The Contracting Will Include The Application Of A Non-Adjustable Percentage Rate On The Transactions Actually Carried Out, As Well As The Leasing, Authorization, Integration And Maintenance Of Pos Equipment And Integrated Machines Installed In The Existing Self-Service Totems In Municipal Offices, For A Period Of 48 Months.
