These Rules Establish The Administrative And Technical Requirements That Will Govern The Process Of Acquiring Drugs Intended To Supply The Municipal Pharmacy Of The Municipal Corporation For Social Development Of Villa Alemana, In Order To Maintain Adequate Availability Of Drugs For Marketing To The Community.The Main Objective Of The Contracting Is To Facilitate The Communitys Access To Medicines At Convenient And Accessible Prices, Seeking To Obtain Favorable Economic Conditions In The Acquisition Of Drugs That Allow Them To Be Offered To The Users Of The Municipal Pharmacy At A Lower Value, Thus Contributing To Reducing The Expense Associated With The Purchase Of Medicines And Favoring Timely Access To The Required Treatments.Likewise, It Seeks To Ensure The Continuity And Timeliness Of Supply, Avoiding Stock Breaks And Maintaining Adequate Availability Of Medicines In Accordance With The Effective Demand Of Users Of The Municipal Pharmacy.The Contract Must Guarantee The Timely Supply Of The Products Required By The Technical Unit, Ensuring Compliance With The Required Quality Standards, The Conditions And Delivery Times, The Correct Identification Of The Medicines And The Other Technical Specifications Established In These Bases.The Supply Will Be Carried Out In A Partial Manner During The Term Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Effective Supply Needs, User Demand And Budgetary Availability Of The Corporation.
