The Ñuble Health Service Requires Signing Agreements For The Supply Of Patient Identification Bracelets, Including The Delivery Of Equipment Intended For The Hospital Emergency Units Of The Ñuble Health Service, Incorporating The Five Community Hospitals Of The Network, These Being The Hcsf Of Bulnes, Yungay, Coelemu, Quirihue And El Carmen The Agreement Seeks To Comply With The Provisions Of Exempt Resolution No. 471, Which Approves Technical Standard No. 245 On Safety And Quality Of Care: Patient Identification, Ensuring The Correct Identification Of Users Treated In Emergency Devices, Through A Standardized, Continuous And Secure System.The Armbands Must Be Shipped Within A Maximum Period Of 5 Business Days From The Date Of Shipment And Acceptance Of The Purchase Order. The Contracts Signed Will Be Valid For 24 Months.This Public Bidding Process Will Be Governed By The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations Approved By Supreme Decree No. 661 Of 2024 Of The Ministry Of Finance And Its Subsequent Modifications, Law 21,634 Of 2023, Which Modernizes Law 19,886 On Public Purchases, The Provisions Of These Administrative Bases And Annexes, The Responses
