Tender forms can be purchased during week days until 3.00 p.m. from 12/10/2026 to 23/10/2026 and until 12.30 p.m. on 26/10/2026 by submitting the receipt obtained upon a payment of Rs. 1000.00 to Shroff of the Uva Wellassa University or directly by depositing the cash to Bank of Ceylon A/C No. 3114820, along with a written request to the "Assistant Bursar (Supplies)". The bidder can also download the bidding documents from the university website http://www.uwu.ac.lk/procurement/. Those who are downloading the bidding documents, should submit the completed documents along with a Bank Draft drawn in favour of "Uva Wellassa University" for Rs. 1,000.00 as non-refundable fee or the payments could be made at any branch of the Bank of Ceylon to Uva Wellassa University, A/C No. 3114820. The cash receipt/deposit slip should be attached with the bidding documents. The bidders can also examine the bidding documents free of charge from 12/10/2026 to 23/10/2026 during the office hours.
