Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The State Fire Service In Bytów, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 2 (Opz For Short); 2) The Vehicle With Its Equipment Should Be Brand New, Without Any Signs Of Use, Year Of Production 2026. 3) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Complete Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And Below; 4) Checking The Compliance Of The Vehicle With The Contract, The Quality Of Workmanship, The Functioning Of The Car And Individual Devices, The Quantitative Compliance Of The Equipment And The Required Documentation; 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training For At Least 18 People Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Chassis, Fire-Fighting Structure And The Vehicles Pump.
