Bids shall be submitted in three (3) copies, consisting of one (1) original and two (2) copies. The outer envelope must clearly indicate the tender reference number and title. Bids shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid submission deadline. The site visit is scheduled to take place from 5 to 14 October 2026. Any amendments or changes relating to the site visit shall apply only to bidders who have not yet completed the site visit.
