The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation As Well As Construction And Assembly Works For The Task: Connection Of A Publicly Accessible Vehicle Charging Station On Plot 27/1 Of Rev. 8 Domanin To The Power Grid, Consisting In Particular Of: 1.1. Stage I - Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation, With All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Together With Obtaining Legal Titles To The Real Estate Necessary To Implement The Task On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And Supplementary Information To The Ffu (Ffu And Supplementary Information To The Ffu, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Functional And Utility Program Or Ffu), 1.2. Stage Ii - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Including All Other Materials And Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order), According To The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Received Positively And Agreed By The Ordering Party Under Stage I Of The Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That: 2.1. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Carried Out Exclusively Using (Regardless Of Its Method Or Scope) Software, Materials, Products Or Devices That Come From: 2.1.1. From Member States Of The European Union Or 2.1.2. From Third Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Other International Agreements To Which The European Union Is A Party, Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, With Origin Being Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Section 1 And 2 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Customs Code. 2.2. Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Did Not Include: 2.2.1.
