The Subject Of The Order Is The Establishment And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The City Of Świdnica. 1.1 Types Of Municipal Waste Accepted To Pszok From Persons Covered By The Municipality Of Świdnicas Municipal Waste Management System From The City Of Świdnica: A) Expired Medicines, B) Chemicals, Including Chemical Packaging, C) Used Batteries And Accumulators, D) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, E) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, F) Used Tires, G) Paper, H) Metals, I) Plastics, J) Glass, K) Multi-Material Packaging, L) Bio-Waste, M) Clothing And Textiles, N) Hazardous Waste, O) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes. 1.2 Construction And Demolition Waste From Households Is Accepted At Pszok From Persons Covered By The Municipality Of Świdnicas Municipal Waste Management System In The City Of Świdnica With A Weight Limit Of Up To 500 Kg Per Month From The Declared Property, And In The Case Of Housing Communities And Cooperatives, From The Residential Premises. 2.
