Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – General Maintenance Of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Balneotherapy Installations At The Guillaume Regnier Hospital Center. This Is A Single Public Market (No Lot). The Public Contract Is A Composite Framework Agreement Which Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations. This Framework Agreement Includes A Part Carried Out Under An Ordinary Public Market, The Services Of Which Are Remunerated By Application Of A Global And Fixed Price Indicated In Appendix 1 To The Act Of Commitment (Bp – Predictable Part), And A Part Carried Out By Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Whose Services Are Remunerated By Application Of The Unit Prices Indicated In Appendix 2 To The Act Of Commitment (Bp – Non-Programmable Part). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum And With A Maximum Expressed In Value For Its Entire Period Of Validity Within The Meaning Of Article R2162-4, 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. Maximum Amount For The Entire Duration Of The Public Market: €500,000 Excluding Tax. The Public Market Is Single-Awarded. The Public Contract Includes: - A Portion Of Predictable Services Concluded At A Global, Fixed Price; - A Portion Of Non-Programmable Services Concluded At Unit Prices. The Part Of Predictable Services Corresponds To The Preventive Maintenance Part. The Portion Of Non-Programmable Services Corresponds To Corrective Maintenance (Troubleshooting, Replacement Of Parts) And Improvement Or Renovation Work Desirable Or Necessary To Maintain The Installations In Perfect Operating Condition, Not Provided For In The Annual Package. All The Services That Can Be Ordered Are Described In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Public Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period From 01/01/2027, Or From Its Notification Date If This Occurs After 01/01/2027, To 12/31/2027. The Public Contract Can Then Be Renewed Three (3) Times For Successive Periods Of One (1) Year And For A Maximum Validity Period Of 4 Years. This Renewal Is Tacit (This Means That The Silence Kept By The Rennes University Hospital Automatically Renews The Public Contract). In This Context, The Holder Of The Public Contract Will Not Be Able To Oppose The Renewal According To The Provisions Of Article R2112-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. On The Other Hand, The Rennes University Hospital Reserves The Right Not To Renew The Public Contract, Without Compensation For The Holder. The Decision Not To Renew Will Be Expressly Notified With Three (3) Months Notice By Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt Or Fax Before The End Of The Current Period. The Validity Period For Offers Is Set At 150 Days From The Deadline For Receipt Of Offers.
