The Order Includes The Supply Of Diesel Oil In The Amount (Min / Max): 252,000 Liters / 450,000 Liters Over A Period Of 12 Months. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Contract In A Minimum, Guaranteed Order Volume Of 252,000 Liters. 3. The Delivery Quantity Means The Planned Target Quantity Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. The Ordering Party Allows For A Reduction Of The Scope Of The Order. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Tanks Of Gas Stations Located In Rybnik, At Ul. Lipowa 25D. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Meets The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels, And The Parameters Of The Pn-En 590:2026-01 Standard. 6. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered In Specialized Tanks Of Appropriate Capacity, Equipped With A Pump For Pumping Diesel Oil And A Mobile Measuring Installation For Dispensing Liquid Fuels, Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of December 27, 2007 On Metrological Requirements To Be Met By Measuring Installations For Continuous And Dynamic Measurement Of The Amount Of Liquids Other Than Water, And The Detailed Scope Of Tests And Checks Performed During Legal Metrological Control Of These Measuring Instruments (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1619). The Measuring Installation Should Have A Valid Legalization Certificate Issued By The Relevant Office Of Measures. 7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense. 8. Delivery Will Be Made In Batches, Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, Within 24 Hours From The Moment (Date And Time) Of Placing The Order Electronically, From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. Orders Placed After 2 P.M. Will Be Treated As Placed The Next Business Day. The Driver Making The Delivery Is Obliged To Have And Present, At The Request Of An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party, Documents Confirming The Legalization Of The Tanker (Tank And Measuring Device) - It Is Allowed To Present A Certified Copy Of The Documents. The Size Of A Single Delivery Is 2,000 – 10,000 Liters. 9. For Each Batch Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Attach Documents Proving That The Quality Standards Of The Delivered Fuel Are Met. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: No
