As A Result Of The Signed Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste, Both Mixed And Collected Selectively, Regardless Of Weather Conditions, From The Area Of The Tokarnia Commune From All Properties (Properties) And From The Municipal Cemetery In Tokarnia (Unsegregated Municipal Waste Collected In Kp7 Containers), The Building Of The Commune Office In Tokarnia (Segregated Municipal Waste Collected In Containers Or Bags) And From Street Bins Located At Public Transport Stops In The Tokarnia Commune. 3. The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Municipal Waste Recovery, Taking Into Account The Recovery Levels Indicated In The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 3, 2021 On The Method Of Calculating The Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1530) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 15, 2017 On Mass Reduction Levels Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And The Method Of Calculating The Level Of Limiting The Weight Of This Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2412), As Well As The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Tokarnia Commune Adopted By Resolution No. Xiii/86/2019 Of December 2, 2019. The Management Of Collected Municipal Waste Must Be In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Specified In Art. 4 Section 1 Of The Eu Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/Ec. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In: 1) Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) 2) Annex No. 9 To The Swz - List Of Real Estate And Housing Estates; 3) Annex No. 10 To Swz - Municipal Waste Disposal Schedule From The Tokarnia Commune; 4) Annex No. 11 To Swz - Method Of Waste Segregation. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Basic Technical Activities During The Execution Of The Order, Such As: Waste Disposal, Qualified As Manual Workers.
