The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Commune, Originating From Real Estate Where Residents Live. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Uninhabited Properties. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Collection In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Of Municipal Waste Listed In Table No. 5 Opz, Generated On All Properties Where Residents Live In The Commune, 2) Collection In The Period From January 1, 2027 To June 30, 2027 Of Municipal Waste Listed In Table No. 5A Of The Opz, Created On All Properties Where Residents Live In The Commune, 3) Collection, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Of Expired Medicines Given By Residents To The Indicated Collection Points For Expired Medicines Located In Pharmacies, Health Clinics, And Public Utility Buildings, Listed In The Annex To The Swz, Located In The Area Municipalities, Equipping Them With Marked Containers For Collecting Expired Medicines; 4) Transport Of Municipal Waste Collected In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 To The Place Of Its Management Or Storage And Then Management; 5) Keeping Records Of Municipal Waste Collected And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Law Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 6) Management Of Municipal Waste Collected In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Collected From All Properties Where Residents Live And From Indicated Collection Points For Expired Medicines, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law; 7) Achieving By The Contractor, In Relation To Municipal Waste Collected And Managed By Him, The Levels Of Recycling And Reuse Of Municipal Waste Required By Applicable Law, In Particular Those Specified In Art. 3B Section 1 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities; 8) Implementation Of Criteria Not Related To Price, If At The Offer Evaluation Stage The Contractor Declared Their Implementation, For Which He Obtained Additional Points During The Offer Evaluation; 9) Fulfillment Of The Contractors Other Obligations Arising From The Agreement And Its Annexes.
