The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Maintenance And Repair Of Pumps And Agitators Installed In The Various Pumping And Wastewater Treatment Stations Operated By Idea. It Covers Both: - Carrying Out Preventive Maintenance Of Pumps And Agitators - Repairs And, Where Applicable, Replacement Of Equipment Made Necessary Following Inspections And Preventive Maintenance, After Diagnosis And Validation By The Contracting Authority - One-Off Interventions Of A Curative Nature, Following An Unforeseen Breakdown Leading To A Shutdown Or Malfunction Of The Equipment. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years.
