3.1.It Includes Construction Work Consisting In The Successive Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces On Municipal And District Roads In The Nowosolna Commune In 2026/2027.The Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Was Described In: A) Stwiorb General Requirements - Annex No. 7A To The Siwz, B) Stwiorb Mma - Annex No. 7B To The Siwz, C) Stwiorb Emulsion And Grits - Annex No. 7C To The Siwz, D) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7D To The Siwz3.2.Method Of Order Implementation: A) Partial Renovations Of Roads In The Nowosolna Commune Qualified For Implementation In Stage I Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract Will Be Commissioned During The Handover Of The Construction Site; B) Handing Over Of The Construction Site For Works Qualified For Stage I Of Partial Renovations Will Take Place Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; C) Handing Over Of The Construction Site For Works Qualified For Stage Ii Of Partial Renovations Of Roads In The Villages Of The Commune Nowosolna, Will Take Place Simultaneously With The Ordering Party Issuing Orders Specifying The Scope, Place And Deadline For The Implementation Of Individual Batches Of The Order; D) After The Completion Of The 1St Stage Of Partial Renovations Of Roads In The Nowosolna Commune And During The 2Nd Stage Of Partial Road Renovations In The Villages Of The Nowosolna Commune, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Commission The Contractor To Carry Out Partial Renovations Of Municipal Roads As Needed, Up To The Amount Of The Concluded Contract; E) Individual Works Performed By The Contractor During Stage Ii Of Partial Road Renovations, They Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Written Order, Submitted In Person, Delivered Via E-Mail;F) Subsequent Orders Will Specify The Scope Of Work To Be Performed, The Location Of The Works And The Deadline For Their Completion;G) A Maximum Order Completion Period Of 30 Days Is Expected From The Date Of Delivery Of The Order To The Contractor;H) In The Event Of Failures, Faults And Other Factors Necessitating Immediate Action, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Secure Terrain. The Task Should Be Commenced Immediately, But No Later Than 72 Hours From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order.
