The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Modernization Of Roads In The Zgorzelec Commune Based On Current Written Orders Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Swz.2.The Order Will Be Executed On A Cost Estimate Basis Up To The Maximum Financial Limit For The Task, Which Is Pln 1,400,000.00 Gross.3.The Estimated Material Scope Of The Order Is Approx. 11,000 M², With The Final Number Of Modernized Roads Depending On The Unit Prices Offered By The Contractor And The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Including: • Replacement Of The Road Wearing Course - Approx. 9,000 M² (Which Corresponds To The Estimated Number Of 180 Comparative Sections In The Bid Cost Estimate), • Replacement Of The Road Wearing Course With The Substructure - Approx. 000 M² (Which Corresponds To The Estimated Number Of 40 Comparative Sections In The Bid Cost Estimate).4.The Above-Mentioned Order Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party Are Estimated Values ​​And Are Used To Calculate And Compare Offers.5.Guaranteed Order Quantity: The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order With A Value Of Not Less Than 60% Of The Maximum Financial Limit, I.E. With A Value Of At Least Pln 840,000.00 Gross. The Contractor Is Entitled To Claim To Order Work Only Up To This Value.6.Within The Scope Of The Remaining 40% Of The Maximum Financial Limit (I.E. The Orders Will Specify In Particular: Location, Type, Scope Of Work, Value Of The Work And Deadline For Its Completion.9.The Minimum Road Section Covered By A Partial Order Will Be No Less Than 50 M2. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Opz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Technical Specification. 11.
