The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Forest And Fire Road No. 1 In The Pustelnia And Smolarnia Forestry Areas, Covering The Section 0+000.00 - 2+000.00. 4.0 M Wide, Including Passing Areas, Exits, Intersections, As-Built Surveying, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Draft Contract, Stwiorb And Bill Of Quantities. The Road Is Located In The Greater Poland Voivodeship - Szamotuły County - In The Wronki Commune. At The End Of Stage I, Leveling Of Aggregate Should Be Performed As For The Wearing Course In Such A Way That A Transition Surface Is Created Between The Completed Surface And The Existing Surface Of The Section Not Constructed In Stage I, And Road Access Is Possible. Additionally: The Contractor, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract, Will Provide Current Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guaranteed Sum Of: Min. Pln 300,000.00. The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain Third Party Liability Insurance Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement. Due To The Staged Implementation Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain An Occupancy Permit After The Completion Of Stage I.
