Scope Of Worksthe Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Execution Of Preparatory, Security, Demolition And Dismantling Works, - Performance Of Necessary Repairs And Preparation Of Substrates, - Performance Of New Plasters, Wall Cladding And Tile Floors, - Performance Of Moisture-Proof Insulation In Wet Rooms, - Performance Of Painting Works On Walls And Ceilings, - Replacement/Installation Of Joinery And Other Finishing Elements In Accordance With The Documentation, - Reconstruction And Execution Water Supply And Sewage Installations Together With The Installation Of Sanitary Equipment And Fittings, - Reconstruction Or Construction Of Central Heating Installations Together With The Installation Of Radiators And Fittings, - Construction Of Ventilation Installations Together With The Necessary Devices, - Construction Of Electrical And Lighting Installations With Accessories, - Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Rooms Undergoing Renovation, - Performance Of All Necessary Reconstruction And Finishing Works, - Performance Of Tests, Examinations And Measurements Required For Individual Installations, - Tidying Up The Rooms And The Area After Completion Of The Works And Preparing Them For Use.3. Requirements For Implementationthe Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Application Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Materials, Devices, Equipment, Transport, Labor And Perform Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Materials And Devices Used Must Be Approved For Use In Construction And Have The Required Documents Confirming Their Properties And Compliance With Applicable Regulations. The Use Of Materials And Devices Is Permitted. Devices Equivalent To Those Specified In The Documentation, Provided That They Have Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Existing Building Elements, Installations And Equipment And For Removing Any Damage Caused During The Works. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Required Test And Measurement Protocols, Documents Regarding The Materials Used And Complete Cleaning Of The Rooms.4. Documents Defining The Scope Of The Order The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Application Documentation Together With The Bills Of Quantities And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works
