1. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section Above. 1, Includes Design, I.E. Development And Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Implementation Documentation And Performance Of Construction Works On Its Basis Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Including: 1) Preparatory Works, Including The Necessary Cutting Of Trees And Shrubs; 2) Demolition Works Including The Disposal Of Demolition Material; 3) Earthworks; 4) Works Related To Removing Conflicts With Existing Installations And Networks; 5) Reconstruction And Construction Of New Infrastructure In The Area, Including The Necessary Network Installations And Connections; 6) Construction Of A Fence; 7) Construction Of Ball Catchers; 8) External Lighting For The Development Of The Area; 9) Drainage Of The Area, Including The Parking Lot And The Air Hall Along With The Drainage Of The Pitch; 10) Construction Of A Sports Field With A Synthetic Surface With A Substructure; 11) Construction Of Stands; 12) Development Of The Area With Small Architecture; 13) Implementation Of Video Monitoring Cctv;14) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces, Including Sidewalks And A Parking Lot, Together With The Substructure;15) Construction Of An Entrance From A Public Road;16) Sports Equipment;17) Topsoiling And Sowing.2.As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor, Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense, Will: 1) Prepare, On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Comprehensive Technical Documentation, Including In Particular The Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design), Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate, As Well As The Offer Prepared In The Same Way As The Investors Cost Estimate, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing The Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program; 2) Will Obtain The Necessary Maps, Prepare The Required Studies And Obtain All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Permit Derogations, Expert Opinions, Notifications And Decisions, Including In Particular The Permit Of The Podkarpackie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Enabling Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works; 3) Reports To The Competent Administrative Authority The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Subject To Notification Or, If Required By Law, Obtains A Final And Valid Decision On The Construction Permit From The Competent Administrative Authority; 4) Obtain, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility (Or Make An Effective Notification Of The Completion O
