The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Design And Construction Of A Public Toilet In Borzęcin Duży In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, These Terms Of Reference And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.3.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), This Swz, Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills.4.Materials, Devices And Construction Products Used To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Fup, Swz And Design Documentation.5.In Order To Document Compliance With The Regulations And Acceptance By The Ordering Partys Representative, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Relevant Certificates, Certificates, Declarations Of Performance, Approvals Or Samples For The Construction Products Before Their Planned Installation Or Use, Under Pain Of Refusal To Allow The Material To Be Used By The Ordering Party.6.Conditions Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Details Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Obligation To Specify The Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
