A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities (Offer Cost Estimate), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Received From The Ordering Party, Using The Price Base He Adopted For Cost Estimation And After Adding Vat. When Analyzing The Bill Of Quantities, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Bill Of Quantities Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Bill Of Quantities, It Means That They Are Given As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With No Worse Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Bill Of Quantities Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
