5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In: Modernization Of The Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities Of The Indoor Swimming Pool At Ul. E. Biernackiego 4A In Opoczno And Includes The Renovation Of The Following Rooms: 1) Locker Rooms For The Disabled - 1 Pc., 2) Mens And Womens Locker Rooms - 4 Pcs., 3) Sauna Locker Rooms - 2 Pcs. 5.2. Note: Due To The Fact That During Modernization Works It Is Necessary To Maintain The Continuity Of Operation Of The Indoor Swimming Pool (Without Excluding The Swimming Pools From Use), The Contractor Will Carry Out The Work In Two (2) Stages, I.E.: 5.2.1.Stage I, Including: - Renovation Of The Mens And Womens Locker Rooms - 2 Pieces, - Renovation Of The Sauna Locker Room - 2 Pieces. 5.2.2.Stage Ii, Including: - Renovation Of The Mens And Womens Locker Rooms - 2 Pieces, - Renovation Of The Locker Room For Disabled People. 5.3 The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Documentation, Which Consists Of: 5.3.1 Design Documentation - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 5.3.2 Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 5.3.3 Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Auxiliary), And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
