1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Municipal Road 102867B Kroszewo-Bułkowizna-Wólka Karwowska-Karczewo.2.The Municipal Road, Which Is The Subject Of The Design Documentation, Is Classified As Technical Class D - Access Road. The Total Length Of The Road Covered By The Investment Is Approximately 1,308.00 M3.The Designed Section Of The Route Runs Mostly Through Agricultural Areas And Areas Of Scattered Single-Family Buildings. There Are Currently No Vertical Markings Or Other Traffic Safety Elements On The Road.4.The Road In The Study Area Currently Has A Gravel Or Dirt Surface With A Variable Width Of 2.80 ÷ 5.00 M. The Surface Has Large Unevenness, Dips And Potholes Caused By Many Years Of Use And The Lack Of Adequate Bearing Capacity Of The Ground.5.The Road Structure Contains Abnormal Vertical And Horizontal Curves. It Is Necessary To Correct The Geometric Parameters In Order To Improve The Safety Of Road Users, Ensure Better Comfort And Smoothness Of Driving, As Well As To Guarantee Proper Drainage.6.Currently, The Road Is Drained Using The Method Of Surface Runoff Of Rainwater And Meltwater In Accordance With The Natural Topography Of The Terrain. The Water Flows Onto The Roadsides And Slopes, From Where It Then Goes To Drainage Ditches Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Road, Or Is Infiltrated Directly Into The Ground.7.The Existing Surface Unevenness Favors The Formation Of Local Ponds Of Water And Puddles During Rainfall, Which In Turn Translates Into Even Faster Destruction And Degradation Of The Road.8.On The Section Of The Road Being The Subject Of The Study, There Are Three Existing Culverts Made Of Concrete Pipes With Diameters Of Ø400 Mm Under The Main Road. It Is Planned To Reconstruct The Above-Mentioned Culverts With Adaptation To The New Parameters And Dimensions Of The Municipal Road.9.The Expansion Of The Municipal Road Will Include, Among Others: • Preparatory And Demolition Works; • Cutting And Clearing Of Trees And Bushes From The Road Area; • Earthworks; • Strengthening Of Weak Subsoil And The Structure Of Road Embankments; • Securing Underground Sections Of The Areas Technical Infrastructure Network - Telecommunications Network; • Reconstruction Of Existing Road And Drainage Culverts Under The Main Road; • Construction Of A Hardened Road With A Bituminous Surface With A Road Width In The Range Of 4.20÷5.20 M, • Correction Of The Geometric Parameters Of The Existing Route And The Use Of Regular Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes, • Construction Of Standard Intersections With Other Public Roads, • Construction Of Ordinary Exits With A Bituminous Or Aggregate Surface To The Limits Of The Road, • Execution Of Surface Drainage Of The Road With Water Discharge To Green Areas And To Roadside Ditches Along With Culverts At The Exits; • Works In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance, Cleaning And Profiling Of Existing Roadside Ditches, Without Changi
