The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Municipal Transport Company In Malbork, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Under The Conditions Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of Reference For This Procedure. The Building Is The Headquarters Of Mzk And Is Used To Run Public Transport In Malbork. The Premises Covered By The Scope Of The Proceedings Include Office Space, Workshop Work Areas, Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms And A District Vehicle Inspection Station. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Sopz, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 10) Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works By Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities. Where The Procurement Documents Describe The Subject Of The Procurement By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows A Solution Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Have No Worse Properties And Quality. Contractor In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Material That Meets The Technical Requirements Of The Indicated One And Has Functional Properties. 6.
