The Order Covers The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Particular In The Construction, Renovation And Hardening Of The Surface With Concrete Paving Stones, Together With Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Foundations, Construction Of Curbs, Edges, Palisades, Stairs, Ramps And Other Elements Indicated For Individual Parts.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of A Detailed Scope Of Work Specified For Each Part, Including Preparatory, Demolition, Cleaning Works And Installation Of Curbs/Edges. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Achieve A Complete, Correct Result In Technical And Operational Terms, Even If The Auxiliary Activities Are Not Mentioned Directly, But Result From The Design Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Implementation Technology Or Legal Provisions.4.The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, The Attached Site Map, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Relevant Legal Provisions, Standards And Instructions Of The Manufacturers Of The Materials Used.5.Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Documentation, Site Conditions, Access To The Area, The Possibility Of Transporting And Storing Materials, As Well As Any Collisions And Terrain Obstacles, To The Extent Possible To Determine With Due Care.
