1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Adaptation To Applicable Standards Of The Existing Protective Structure On The Premises Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Dzierżoniów - Implementation In The Design And Build Formula (Location: Ul. Piłsudskiego 26 In Dzierżoniów, Plot No. 61). The Order Includes The Design And Modernization Of The Existing Protective Structure On The Premises Of The State Fire Service In Dzierżoniów And Its Adaptation To The Applicable Standards Of The S-0 Resistance Category. The Basic Scope Includes, In Particular, Design Documentation And The Required Technical Investigations Performed By The Contractor, Demolition Works, Drying And Moisture Protection, Restoration Of Plasters And Floors, Construction Works And Reinforcements, Brickwork And New Openings, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Preparation Of An Emergency Exit/Tunnel, Auxiliary Works As Well As Tests And Acceptance Of This Scope. The Option Right Covers Modules O1-O8 Specified In The Ffu: Protective And Hermetic Closures, Fire Protection Closures, Emergency Hatch, Filter Ventilation, Autonomous Water System And Sanitary Facilities, Energy Storage, Utility Equipment And Final Tests, Commissioning And Training.1.2. The Modernization And Adaptation Of The Structures Is Carried Out Within The Financial Resources Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Two Stages, In Accordance With The Design And Build Formula: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Consents And Permits Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Obtained Administrative Decisions And Permits Necessary For Implementation These Works.1.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Adaptation Of Rooms, Partitions, Closures, Installations And Technical Equipment To The S-0 Resistance Category (If It Is Not Possible To Adapt The Required Ceiling Thickness To The S-0 Category, It Is Allowed To Meet The Strength Requirements By Strengthening With An Appropriate Supporting Structure).1.4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation. Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Should Be Developed, Including Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works, And Obtain, On Its Basis, All Legally Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Other Documents Necessary For The Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works, Including - In Accordance With The Adopted Investment Implementation Mode - The Final Decision On The Construction Permit Or An Effective Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works, To Which The Competent Authority Has Not Raised Any Objections.
