The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Network Of Pedestrian Routes, Roads And Parking Spaces In The Wfdif Area. The Planned Investment Concerns The Implementation Of The First Stage Of Works: An Internal Road Marked In The Attached Documentation With The Symbol C Along With Parking Spaces. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Consistent With The Tender Documentation, Including The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Arrange Safe Exits And Passages, B) Arrange A Storage Site For Materials Necessary To Perform The Order, C) Properly Secure The Area And Places Where The Works Will Be Carried Out, D) Systematically Tidy Up The Places Of Work, E) Perform The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, And Manage Waste In Accordance With The Act Of 14/12/2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), F) Securing The Work Area Against Access By Third Parties, G) Tidying Up The Place (Area) Of Work Each Time After The Works Are Completed, H) Repairing Any Damage And Damage That Occurred During The Works. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works Performed And Compliance Their Implementation In Accordance With The Construction Law And Applicable Regulations.
