Cpv: 30199750-2 - Vouchers2.The Costs Of Preparation/Packaging And The Costs Of Delivery Of Vouchers To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Are Borne By The Contractor.3.The Concept Of Gift Vouchers, Hereinafter Referred To As Vouchers In Paper Form, Should Be Understood As Identification Tokens Issued And Offered By The Contractor With The Possibility Of Their Use As A Bearer, Subject To Exchange For Goods And Services Throughout The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Up To The Amount Corresponding To The Nominal Value Of The Vouchers In Question.4.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Gift Vouchers In Plastic Form, Gift Cards In Electronic Form, Prepaid Cards, E-Vouchers, E-Codes, Etc.5.The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide Employees With A Free And Equal Opportunity To Redeem Gift Vouchers, Regardless Of Access To Electronic Devices Or The Internet That Require Registering, Logging In And Activating The Card In The Form Of An Electronic Card. The Use Of Paper Vouchers Ensures Greater Accessibility And Usability For Employees.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.7.The Place Of Delivery Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At Ul.
