Tenders Are Invited For Providing Protection Services For People And Property In The Social Welfare Home In Opole, Ul. Chmielowicka 2 .

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Protection Of Persons And Property On The Premises Of The Social Welfare Home In Opole At Ul. Chmielowicka 2, In Accordance With The Scope Of Activities And The Description Of The Facility And Area Under Protection Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2.The Maximum Number Of Hours Of Security Services To Be Provided During The Duration Of The Contract Is 6,774. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Hours (Max. 20%) Of Security And Porter Services. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Direct Physical Protection Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532), In Particular: A) Physical Protection Of The Facility Carried Out 16 Hours A Day, 5 Days A Week On Weekdays And 24 Hours A Day On Saturdays And Non-Working Days (Holidays), And In Emergency Situations, Additionally Upon Request The Ordering Party By An Appropriately Dressed Security Guard Professionally Trained To Perform Security (No License Is Required, Only A Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In Performing Security And Porter Services) And At Least One Person Supervising Security Workers; B) Constant Supervision Of Signals Sent, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems Equipped With The Social Welfare Home In Opole; C) Monitoring The Facility By Making Rounds And Operating A Video Monitoring System, Which Can Be Viewed From Cameras In The Concierge Room; D) Control Of Passenger Traffic Along With Keeping Records Of Passenger And Material Traffic, Keeping Records Of Issued/Received Keys To Rooms, Keeping A Register Of Daily Reports, Keeping The Entrance To The Building Tidy And Clean During The Summer And Winter; E) Taking Appropriate Actions In The Event Of Emergency Situations (Attack, Burglary, Fire, Flood And Breakdowns).
