4.1 The Subject Of The Order Includes Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Formal And Legal Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Expansion Of Wygodna Street In Kaputy And A Section Of Kapucka Street Together With The Intersection With Sochaczewska Street. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Decision To Implement A Road Investment Or Reporting Construction Works. 4.3 The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Design Concept, 2) Construction And Executive Designs In All Industries Necessary To Complete The Task (E.G. Road, Sewage, Energy, Telecommunications And Other Required), Land Development Designs, Specification Of Works Execution And Acceptance, Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Project Of Permanent And Temporary Change Of Traffic Organization, Materials For The Application For A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment And/Or Construction Permit And/Or Notification Of Construction Works, 3) Construction And Executive Design For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network In Wygodna Street, Together With Inclusion In The Planned Network Running Through Kapucka Street, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Permits And Other Required Documents, 4) Obtaining Legally Required Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Consents, Permits, Administrative Decisions (Including Zrid And Regarding The Necessary Cutting Of Trees And Shrubs), Permits, In Particular Those Resulting From The Construction Law, 5) Dividing The Documentation Into Separate Studies In Order To Obtain Administrative Decisions Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works, From The Relevant State And Local Government Authorities, According To Their Competences, In Particular For Separate Studies Resulting From The Boundaries Of Road Lanes And Land Ownership, 6) Carrying Out, Using Your Own Efforts And At Your Own Expense, All Types Of Measurements, Maps, Geotechnical Studies, Inventories And Other Activities And Documents, As Well As Obtaining All Documents And Decisions, Including Technical Conditions, Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Consents As Well As Expert Opinions, Tests Which, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, Will Prove Necessary To Prepare Documentation And Allow The Ordering Party To Carry Out The Tasks, 7) Participation In Meetings Of The Technical Council In Order To Present The Adopted Solutions And Their Justification As Well As To Present The Progress Of Work,8) Providing Full Explanations Regarding The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation At The Stage Of Project Implementation, Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Within 3 Days From The Ordering Partys Request By E-Mail,9) Preparing Documentation With A List Of Studies And A Written Declaration Of The Contractor That It Was Carried Out In Accordance With The Agree
