The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Food Products, Loose Products, Preserves, Spices, Sweets To Facilities Administered By M-Gops In Piaseczno (Addresses Below), In The Range And Quantities Given In Annex No. 2. The Given Quantities Are The Estimated Demand For The Period From October 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Deliveries Only During The Duration Of The Task. The Articles Covered By This Procedure Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Pn Standards Or European Harmonized Standards. The Contractor Will Provide A Fresh, First-Class Product With An Appropriate Shelf Life And A Product Consistent With The Description In The Detailed Quantitative Statement.
