The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Furniture For The District Office In Tarnowskie Góry In Order To Improve The Ergonomics Of Office Employees.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: Ergonomic Office Chair - 69 Pcs.3.The Public Procurement Is Co-Financed By Funds Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program No. Fesl.05.13-Iz.01-0E48/24-005 For Priority: Fesl.05.00 - European Funds For The Labor Market For Measure: Fesl.05.13 - Healthy Employee4.The Subject Of The Order Should Have A Warranty Period Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.6.The Ordering Party Requires Evidence To Be Submitted Along With The Offer That The Offered Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Opz, Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Said Evidence Should, In Particular, Confirm Compliance Of The Offered Devices With The Standards, Technical, Functional, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Opz. 7. The Evidence May Include Catalog Cards Or Technical Specifications Of The Manufacturer, Printouts From The Manufacturers Website, Brochures, Instructions, Certificates, Statements Of The Manufacturer Or The Contractor. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Prepared In English, Without Translating The Document Into Polish, As Long As The Content Of The Document Is Unambiguous And Understandable.8.If The Contractor Has Not Submitted The Evidence Regarding Confirmation Of The Fulfillment Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Opz (Including For The Offered Equivalent Solutions) Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Calls For Their Submission Or Completion Within The Specified Deadline. The Ordering Party May Request Explanations From The Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question.9.The Ordering Party Will Not Request Submission And/Or Supplementation If The Evidence In Question Serves To Confirm Compliance With The Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or, Despite The Submission Of The Evidence In Question, The Offer Is Rejected Or There Are Grounds For Invalidation Of The Proceedings.
