1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At Home For Persons (Hereinafter Referred To As Persons Under Care) Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Assistance Of Other Persons, To The Extent Resulting From Art. 50 Section 1-3A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 639, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Social Assistance. 2. Care Services Should Be Provided In A Way That Ensures Compliance With The Standards For The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence And The Manner Of Their Provision, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026 On Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1067), Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation On Care Services. 3. Care Services Will Be Provided In The Municipality Of Turku 7 Days A Week From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., Excluding Holidays. They Can Be Provided At Different Times Of The Day And According To The Needs Of The Patients. In Cases Justified By The Need To Provide Care Services Uninterrupted, These Services May Also Be Provided On Holidays.
