The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Protection Of Persons And Property Of The Nicolaus Copernicus Museum In Frombork In 2027, Performed In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, This Opz And Swz, The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532, As Amended), The Act Of November 21 1996 On Museums, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On Securing Museum Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss, Fire Protection Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Personal Data Protection Regulations And Other Relevant Regulations And Facility Instructions. As Part Of The Protection Of Persons And Property, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Physical Protection Services Against Theft, Burglary, Assault, Devastation, Fire, Risk Of Explosion, Flooding And Other Threats To The Facilities Included In The Museum And The Property Contained Therein, As Well As To Protect Persons Staying In The Protected Facilities Against Violation Of Bodily Integrity, Loss Of Life Or Health. The Service Also Includes Receiving And Handling Alarm And Information Signals, Activities Of Patrol And Intervention Groups, Conducting Protective Documentation, Carrying Out Rounds, Responding To Incidents And Cooperation With The Ordering Partys Representatives And Relevant Services. Minimum Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Of The Contract - Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Establishes The Following Minimum, Mandatory Quality Standards For The Service: A) Permanent And Uninterrupted Staffing Of Posts During The Hours Specified In The Calendar; B) Personnel Meeting The Qualification, Training And Health Requirements Specified In The Opz; C) 24/7 Operations Center And Constant Communication; D) Travel Time Of The Intervention Group Not Longer Than 20 Minutes; E) Efficient Means Of Communication, Uniforms, Identification And Equipment; F) Documented Celebrations, Events And Interventions; G) Training In First Aid, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection.
