1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery In The Form Of Operating Leasing Of A Brand New Articulated Sidewalk Sweeper With Accessories For Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z. O. O. In Morąg, In Accordance With The Technical Parameters And Other Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).2. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) The Handover Of A Brand New Sidewalk Sweeper To The Ordering Party Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp Z O.O. In Morąg.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Cost Of Delivery Of A Brand New Sidewalk Sweeper, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, To The Place Of Its Receipt Indicated In Point 1.3) Conducting Training For 4 Employees In The General Scope Of Construction And Repair Of The Machine And In Detail In The Scope Of Technical Service, The So-Called Ot - 2. The Ordering Party Expects That In The Last Year Before The Warranty Expires, The Contractor Will Train Individual Employees During Inspections In The Scope Of Maintenance Activities And Consumables Used. 4) Delivery Of Full Documentation On The Day Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Order: A) Instructions In Polish B) Spare Parts Catalog In Pictorial And Numerical Form As A Book Catalog Or In Electronic Form, On A Digital Medium Or On The Suppliers Portal, C) Warranty Card D) Pm 2.5 Certificate; Pm 10E) Service Data F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Information And Documents Necessary For The Proper Insurance Of The Sweeper. 5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Subject Of The Order (For All Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order) For A Period Of Not Less Than 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol (Regardless Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Manufacturers Of Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order). 6) The Ordering Party Will Provide Insurance For The Delivered Sweeper At Its Own Expense And On Its Own From The Date Of Its Official Acceptance. 7) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patent Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type Understood As Minimum Requirements And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
