The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintenance, Emergency And Ongoing Technical Maintenance, As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works Of A Renovation Nature In Residential Premises (Municipal And Social) And Commercial Premises Included In The Municipal Resources Of The Korsze Commune, Managed By Korpec Energetyka Cieplna Sp. Z O. O. 2.The Order Includes The Implementation Of All Construction, Assembly, Repair And Finishing Works As Well As Cleaning And Transport Services Necessary To Maintain The Building Substance In A Non-Deteriorated Condition And Ensure Safe And Proper Operation Of The Property.3.Detailed Scope And Type Of Work: The Order Will Be Implemented Successively In Accordance With Current Notifications And Substantive Instructions Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of Services And Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1) Maintenance And Emergency Services: Removing Sudden Failures And Performing Minor Installation And Construction Repairs To Ensure The Safety Of Tenants. 2) General Construction, Finishing And Renovation Works: Masonry, Painting, Glass, Roofing, Carpentry, Carpentry Works And Other Current Works Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Housing Stock. 3) Installation Works: Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations (Up To 1 Kv) And Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installations.4) Cleaning And Transport Services: Comprehensive Cleaning Of Recovered (Empty) Municipal Premises And The Property Area, As Well As Removal Of Waste And Debris Resulting From The Works In Accordance With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations.4.Conditions Of Implementation And Method Of Settling The Order: 1) Lack Of Specific Addresses And Bills Of Quantities: Due To The Specificity Of The Order And The Occurrence Of Sudden Failures Throughout The Year, The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate Specific Addresses Of The Property Or Detailed Bills Of Quantities At The Stage Of Initiating The Proceedings. These Needs Are Successive And Unpredictable.2) Partial Orders: Works For Specific Premises Will Be Commissioned Successively On The Basis Of Individual, Partial Execution Orders Issued By The Ordering Party.3) Unit Prices: Settlement With The Contractor Will Be Based On Unit Prices (Hourly Rates And Overhead Rates) Included In The Bid Form Constituting An Annex To The Swz, Based On The Actual Work Performed And Received. Work.4) Minimum Level Of Performance (Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law): The Ordering Party Guarantees The Minimum Level Of Contract Performance At The Level Of 20% Of The Maximum Gross Value Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Damages Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Full Contractual Amount Beyond The Indicated Guaranteed Minimum Level.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached To The Swz.
