List Of Types Of Plates, Their Quantities And Versions Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) Single-Row Car Plates In Each Version - 14,945 Pcs. 2) Double-Row Car Plates - 226 Pcs. 3) Reduced Plates - 92 Pcs. 4) Individual Plates - 166 Pcs. 5) Motorcycle And Tractor Plates - 1,200 Pcs. 6) Moped Plates - 272 Pcs. 7) Duplicate Plates - 229 Pcs.8) Trunk Boards - 279 Pcs.9) Boards With A Green Background (Each Version - Electric) - 74 Pcs.10) Historic Boards In Each Version - 46 Pcs.11) Temporary Boards In Each Version - 92 Pcs.3. The Given Quantities Of Individual Types Of Boards Are Estimates And Are Intended To Enable The Ordering Party To Compare The Received Offers. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, A Smaller Or Larger Quantity For Particular Types Of Boards Than Indicated In Point 2, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect. The Actual Quantities Of Supplied Boards Ordered By The Ordering Party Will Correspond To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Total Gross Value Of These Orders Will Not Exceed The Amount Reserved In The Ordering Partys Budget For The Implementation Of This Order.4. License Plates Must Be Made In Accordance With The Certificate Of The Motor Transport Institute In Warsaw And In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations: 1) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended), 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Marks (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1677).5. Delivery Of Individual Types Of Boards Will Take Place Successively During The Term Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Department Of Communication And Transport, Ul. Królowej Jadwigi 7, 99-300 Kutno), No Later Than 10 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. The Cost Of Transporting The Boards To The Ordering Partys Office And Bringing Them In Should Be Included In The Offer Prices And Is Not Subject To A Separate Payment. (The Final Delivery Date Of The Boards Will Result From The Contractors Offer).6. The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Place Orders At Least Via Electronic Mail (E-Mail) Or In Paper Form (In Writing) In Accordance With The Contact Details Provided By The Contractor In The Contract.7. Removal Of License Plates - Collection And Scrapping Of Old License Plates By The Contractor At His Own Expense,
