Note: The Quantities Given Above Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Implementation Of Part Of The Subject Of The Order In The Event Of Unused Quantities Of Materials Indicated In Task No. 1 (In Accordance With The Provisions In Annex 9 To The Swz - Contract Template). The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Resign From Further Deliveries Without Any Financial Consequences, Including Claims For Remuneration Or Compensation To The Contractor. The Washed And Sorted Sand Must Be Of Good Quality, With A Grain Size Of Up To 2 Mm And A Fraction Content Of < 0.075, Not More Than 0.3% By Weight, The Content Of Grains Passing Through A 0.180 Mm Sieve, Not More Than 30% By Weight - The Grain Size Should Be Relatively Uniform, The Oversize Content Should Not Exceed 10.0%, The Maximum Oversize Size Should Be Up To 3Mm.
