Type Of Order: Delivery.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With Equipment, Including In Particular A Front Loader, Front And Rear Three-Point Linkage And A Compatible Loading Bucket.2) The Tractor Together With The Equipment And Accessories Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Damage, And Complete And Ready For Use As Intended. The Offered Tractor And The Equipment And Accessories Supplied With It Must Be Compatible With Each Other And Adapted For Cooperation.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.4) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Commissioning Of The Tractor, Training Of The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Field Of Service And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order And Providing The Required Documentation.5) The Offered Tractor And Equipment And Accessories Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Regarding Their Safety, Compliance And Approval For Use, And In The Case Of A Tractor - Also Requirements Regarding Admission To Traffic And Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.6) The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For: - The Tractor For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And - Accessories Including A Warranty For The Front Loader And Loading Bucket For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months.
