Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Service Consisting In Cleaning The Building Of The Branch Of The Center For The Promotion Of Culture, I.E. The Gocław Cultural Terminal Along With Adjacent Areas, At Ul. J. Nowaka Jeziorańskiego 24 In Warsaw In 2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Cleaning Of Rooms In The Gocław Culture Terminal Building And Adjacent Areas In The Praga Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In Warsaw At Ul. J. N. Jeziorańskiego 24 From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Work In The Building To The Specific Nature Of Its Business And Divide The Cleaning Work Into: A) Day Service (Current Maintenance Of Cleanliness In The Building). B) Night Service (Thorough Cleaning Of The Building, Maintaining The Required Frequency Specified In The Detailed Schedule Of Works Related To The Service Of Daily Cleaning Of The Gocław Cultural Terminal Building Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Services Are Specified In The Annexes No. 9 And 10 To Swz.4. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). I.E.) Employees Directly Performing The Following Activities: Cleaning Of Office Rooms And Warehouses, Cleaning Of Sanitary Rooms, Cleaning Of Social Rooms, Cleaning Of Corridors And Communication Routes, Cleaning Of External Areas. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Establishing An Employment Relationship With New Employees/Employees Or Appointing Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Carry Out The Order.
