The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office Of A Database Server For The Ewid2007 System With The Parameters Specified In Table 1. Parameters Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Server - Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Specification Of The Terms Of Order. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer. The Server Delivered Under This Order Must Be Brand New, Complete And Functional, Free From Physical Defects And Ready For Use As Intended Without Additional Purchases Of Parts And Accessories. Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Delivery Will Be An Appropriate Acceptance Protocol Signed By The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Have An Instruction Manual In Polish And Must Have Documents Required By Applicable Law Confirming The Ce Marking (Declaration Of Conformity Or Ce Certificate). The Above Will Be Verified Before Signing The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.
