The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Winter Maintenance Services For Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots And Bus Bays In The Kobylnica Commune In The Winter Seasons 2026/2027/2028, I.E. On All Days Of The Week (Monday To Sunday), Including Holidays, 24 Hours A Day.2. Part (Task) No. 1 - Area Ii Of Winter Road Maintenance Covering The Following Villages: Reblino With The Town Of Reblinko, Runowo Sławieńskie, Dobrzęcino, Słonowice, Słonowiczki, Sierakowo Słupskie, Kończewo, Ciechomice, Kczewo, Bzowo, Wrząca, Ścięgnica, Kuleszewo, Zagórki With The Town Of Zbyszewo.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Mechanical Snow Removal Over The Entire Width Of The Road, Intersections, Turnouts, Pedestrian Crossings With Dividing Islands, Places For Turning Buses, Parking Lots And Bus Bays; 2) Elimination Of Winter Slipperiness In Standard Ii, Iii, Iv By: A) Sprinkling Asphalt Road Surfaces Along The Entire Length With Dewy Salt, B) Sprinkling Road Surfaces Made Of Concrete Blocks Only With Sand, Exception Will Pose A Threat To Road Safety. In Such A Case, After Prior Consultation With The Ordering Party, It Will Be Possible To Allow The Use Of A Sand-Salt Mixture With A Concentration Of 20%. Each Use Of The Sand And Salt Mixture Must Be Confirmed On The Road Cards With An Appropriate Note. In The Event Of Road Conditions That Pose A Threat To Safety, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Road Should Be Sprinkled Along Its Entire Length, C) The Surface Of Concrete Roads Should Only Be Sprinkled With Sand, With The Exception Of Places That Pose A Safety Hazard In Road Traffic. In Such A Case, After Prior Consultation With The Ordering Party, It Will Be Possible To Allow The Use Of A Sand-Salt Mixture With A Concentration Of 20%. Each Use Of The Sand And Salt Mixture Must Be Confirmed On The Road Cards With An Appropriate Note. In The Event Of Road Conditions That Pose A Threat To Safety, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Road Should Be Sprinkled Along Its Entire Length, D) Sprinkling The Surface Of Dirt Roads In Places Where Road Safety Is Threatened Only With Sand After Prior Consultation With The Ordering Party, E) Sprinkling The Surface Of Parking Lots And Bus Bays Along The Entire Length With Sand.3) Loading, Transporting And Unloading Snow In The Kobylnica Commune: A) The Representative Of The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor (By Phone Or Via E-Mail, According To The Ordering Partys Choice), About The Need To Load And Remove Snow; B) The Place Of Snow Storage (Within A Distance Of 3 Km From The Place Of Snow Loading) Will Each Time Be Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative. 4) Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks And Pedestrian And Driveways Together With Dividing Islands - The Contractor Is Obliged To: Clearing Snow On An Ongoing Basis, As Needed, Along The Entire Length And Width Of The Sidewalk, At Pedestrian Crossings With Dividing Islands That Have Been Covered With Snow, B) Combati
