The Subject Of The Order Is Logistic Support For A Two-Day Away Meeting Of The Provincial Coordination Team For Skills Policy Of The Małopolska Voivodeship For A Minimum Of 25 And A Maximum Of 40 People In The Małopolska Voivodeship At A Minimum Distance Of 10 Km From The Administrative Borders Of Krakow.2.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation And Meals For A Minimum Of 25 And A Maximum Of 40 People During The Away Meeting; 2) A Conference Room Available On Each Day Of The Trip Along With Appropriate Technical Equipment; 3) A Room/Separated Places Where Coffee Service Will Be Constantly Available During The Meeting; 4) A Set Of Materials, Including Printed Materials And Office Supplies For Each Participant; 5) Parking Spaces; 6) A Person From The Contractor Supervising The Implementation Subject Of The Order.3.The Conditions Of Implementation And A Detailed Description Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz, It Will Be Included As Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract.5.The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
