The Two-Day Seminar Will Be Organized For Not Less Than 100 People And Not More Than 120 People In The Capital City Area. Warsaw, In A Hotel Located No More Than 10 Km From The Warsaw Central Railway Station, Al. Jerozolimskie 54, 00-024 Warszawa, (Calculated Using The Portal Https://Www.Google.Pl/Maps/ Using The Road Transport Option). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract With Annexes, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security;• Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Ust. 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.5.Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
